Research the “azonal environments”, the areas of Collserola that on the maps of the Natural Park are located “outside its biogeographic area”. That is, separated, isolated, crossed, trampled… by the delimiting lines of the Natural Park and other institutional maps such as those of habitats or those of areas of community interest.

methodology

Go to the places, visit them, photograph them, draw them, interact with the inhabitants (animate and inanimate), collect images, amass, assemble, compile, gather, save.

Drawing hand-to-hand with the territory

Build a learning community, get in and promote the building of pluriversal relationships with the territory and with drawing. Tracing and mapping the playground of the preschool and primary school DMS, which is refilled each year because of the water erosion. The old soil and the new soil (relocation) live together like the old and new population (immigration, squats). Ground’s diverse origins, circumstances, and memories.

Caressage

Shelter-Drawing Room

Bound a space as a laboratory-observatory. Reinterpret the topics of scientific instrumental drawing (cartographies, diagrams, field notebooks…), and their ways of looking and representing, intertwining them with the emotional and sensorial pleasures of artistic drawing and with the inhabitants of the territory, their interactions and metaphors.

Loving an edaphic world

Appreciating a soil world. Take as models of human interaction the non-human interactions of the territory. Researching the substrate, the physical layers. The natural environment in which the organism lives, and the surface or medium on which the organism grows or is attached. The traces and the earthy material itself.
